The Victorian Energy Upgrades program is introducing a new ceiling insulation activity designed to help Victorian households improve energy efficiency, comfort and thermal performance.
From 1 October 2026, the activity expands to eligible Victorian homes with uninsulated or under-insulated ceilings.
According to the Victorian Government, the VEU discount is expected to reduce the average eligible ceiling insulation installation cost by approximately 30–50%.
